You're done when you can show

A training log spanning at least 3 months showing consistent sessions and progression.

  3. Phase 3: Coaching Practice Clients for Free

    1–2 months

Running assessments and writing programs for friends, family, or volunteers, coaching them through real sessions and adjusting plans based on their progress. You produce documented before/after results and learn to cue, motivate, and handle varied bodies and goals.

You're done when you can show

Three written client testimonials with documented progress from practice clients.

  4. Phase 5: Building a Paying Client Roster

    6–12 months

You're done when you can show

A booking calendar or sales report showing 15+ paid sessions per week for a full month.
